Ultra-High Temperature Sterilization |
| Sterilization by UHT method (Ultra-High Temperature). Nowadays it is the method that offers the highest guarantees from the nutritional point of view and better results in terms of adaptation for thermo sensitive products. |
A wide range of density |
It permits obtaining liquid products with wide range of density, such as drinks, sauces, creams, etc. Some of the advantages of our new UHT plant are: different options of packing, such as bottle, carton, etc. A great variety of production possibilities, from small lots until big volumes.
Wide range of reologic values (viscosity and density).
A large number of possibilities of adding ingredients.
Development of high energy value products.

Leading equipment and the most advanced software technology to control process |
| This plant has been incorporated in our complex scarcely 15 months ago, and it is part of the called “last generation plants” because it consists of leading equipment to treat liquid and semi liquid products and it has the most advanced software technology to control the process. |

Reconstitution of all kinds of products |
| To underline the capacity of reconstituting all kinds of products, high or low viscosity, without air, possibility of homogenizating them, adding oil, flavours and/or minorities, with a complete guarantee. Possibility of directly or indirectly sterilizating them, with a capacity from 2000 to 4000 litres/hour, posibility of production cycles of low volume. Aseptic packed in carton (200 ml) with a capacity of 1600 litres/hour or very clean packed in bottles from 100 to 1000 ml. Possibility of pasteurizating after filling them. |
