| Vegenat S.A. has an integrated system of Quality Management and Environment certified by AENOR according to the codes UNE-EN 9001 and UNE-EN 14001. |

And, therefore, we have: |

1. An effective Quality and Environment manual.
2. A Procedure manual that has been drawn up according to the code UNE-EN ISO 9001.
3. Technical instructions where the operations in our company are described.
4. Production procedures, specifications about raw materials and final products, etc. |

Our Quality System bases its efforts on the following points: |

1. Control of processes. (ADCCP)
The production in VEGENAT S.A. is performed under a constant supervision of the production processes and the Plan of Analysis of Dangers and Control of Critical Points (ADCCP), both of them are included in our system of Quality Management that is based on the code UNE-EN ISO 9001.
2. Finished product control.
The Quality System of VEGENAT S.A. covers, as it is previously mentioned, production procedures, control of processes and control of critical points (ADCCP).
In order to carry out verifications about their correct control, VEGENAT S.A. has its own laboratory in order to carry out analyses such as: Microbiologic ones (R.T.P., Enterobacterias, E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus and
Mould and Yeast), Physical-Chemical ones (damp, grading analysis), Organoleptic ones (Smell, taste, colour, cut, …) and VEGENAT S.A. subcontracts services of other laboratories in order to carry out analytical tests such as pesticide ones, bromatological ones, etc.
All produced lots of products are subject, at least, to the following controls after being dispatched:
- Microbiologic analyses: R.T.P., Enterobacterias, E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Mould and Yeast.
- Physical-Chemical analyses: Damp level, grading analysis.
- Organoleptic analyses: the product is rehydrated and they are analysed the following characteristics: Smell, taste, colour, cut…
- Controls about strange substances, impurities and metals.
As well as the analyses previously mentioned, external laboratories are subcontracted to carry out analytical tests such as: bromatological ones, Salmonella one , Listeria one,etc. |

3. Supplies control |

VEGENAT S.A. has in its other business line, Industrial one, nationwide clients to whom offers a service level and a wide range of high quality specialist products that are produced under agronomic and technical methods that are respectful of Environment. The products of this line are the ingredients used in the products of Clinical and Dietetic Nutrition.
VEGENAT S.A. establishes quality agreements in concert with its suppliers of horticultural products, and cultivation is directly supervised by INEASA.
Furthermore, VEGENAT S.A. has established specific procedures “Assessment of Suppliers” that described the way to select them as well as the established continuous assessment method.
In order to renew the knowledge of all the staff that are part of our company, it is annually described a “Training Plan” whereit is included all the training that has been carried out throughout each year, this training can be given by external companies or the own staff of our company.
In VEGENAT S.A. thanks to the exhaustive control of these points, the products marketed by our company are safe and healthy.
