| Our products are subjected to thorough and periodic controls of quality in both internal and external laboratories during all the production phases, in order to guarantee not only their safety and health but also the uniformity of their appearance, cut, colour, smell, taste and texture. |

Without a doubt, our best credentials are the satisfaction of our clients and the “Know-How” that have been contributed by the more than 25 years that we have been working on this sector. The production are performed under a constant supervision of the production processes by means of periodic controls and drawing up Plans of Analysis of Dangers and Control of Critical Points . All this is arranged from our Integrated System of Quality and Environment that is based on the international codes UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001.
Furthermore, we keep the KOSHER Consent Certified since 1997, to which it has been joined the HALAL Consent Certified since 2005 and the BRC Certified of Food Safety since 2008. Recently, we have embarked on the most ambitious certified of quality of our sector and we have assumed the European Excellence Commitment in 2007, what has permit us to achieve the Commitment Seal to European Excellence 200+, according to the criteria of the EFQM Excellence model. |
