Installed capacity of over 8,000 litres/hour of water evaporation, provided by four triple-band, multiple-sector drying tunnels.

This provides and guarantees exhaustive control over the drying operation, thus obtaining optimum results in terms of the final product’s physical and organoleptic characteristics, and internally developed process techniques that achieve excellent microbiological results.
