As they describe themselves, Ginbo is “your cocktail lounge of confidence”. It is a meeting place where people have a drink with friends and spend a good time thanks to their premium cocktails served with love.

Their bartenders team will advise you according to your preferences, choosing between more than 350 references of spirit drinks to find your perfect one. It is a real experience in the best ambience of Palma de Mallorca.

1. GIN FIZZ

Ingredients:
– 50ml of Gin to taste.
– 25ml of fresh lemon juice
– 20m of liquid sugar
– 20ml of egg-white
– Soda
– Garnish: crunchy lemon Vegenat (made with dextrose and dehydrated lemon powder from Vegenat)

2. MARGARITA

Ingredients:
– 50 cl of Tequila Don Julio Blanco
– 25 cl of Triple Sec
– 25 cl of fresh lemon juice
– Garnish: salt of Vegenat lemon (50% sea salt and 50% dehydrated lemon powder from Vegenat, 1 minute of Thermomix)

3. SHOT OF TEQUILA DON JULIO BLANCO AND DON JULIO REPOSADO

Blanco ingredients:
– 40 cl of Tequila Don Julio Blanco
– Lemon slice, salt of dehydrated lemon from Vegenat

Reposado ingredients:
– 40 cl of Tequila Don Julio Reposado
– Orange slice, dehydrated orange powder from Vegenat, cinnamon powder

A: As we are talking about cocktails lounge, our principal raws material are distilled alcohol products , fresh fruits and ice.

Q: What do you think about the products from Vegenat?
A: The products from Vegenats are ideals in our sector. They do not perish, add flavour, they could use it as decorative items and can be distilled.

Q: For what purpose have you used them?
A: To add flavour in pure or white distilled by the use of our laboratoy machine Rotvapor. To decorate cocktails finish and to make liquid powder of citrics.

Q: Did you get what you expected?
A: Yes, I did, much better than I expected. Handling correctly the product, it keeps the flavour.

Q: Would you recommend to others companies?
A: Yes, in fact, we did it.
