Agrotécnica dehydrated anchovies. Dehydrated anchovy begins with the anchovy in its natural form. It undergoes a dehydration process, which increases the period it can be conserved, without losing any of its properties, or adding any additives.

Colour: Dark brown.
Smell: Characteristic aroma of anchovy, free of untypical smells.
Flavour: Strong and typical of anchovy in brine.
Foreign Matter: Free, to the extent permitted by current technical means.
The product retains its properties for 24 months in a cool, dry environment (recommended T <25ºC, RH <78%) in its unopened packaging, without significant changes or direct exposure to intense lighting.
